At The Vaault of Scents, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, certain conditions apply. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. No Returns on Opened Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, opened or used perfumes are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:

• The product is damaged or leaking at the time of delivery
• The wrong product has been delivered

4. How to Raise a Request

To request a replacement or refund:

• Email us at info@thevaaultofscents.com
• Share your order ID, images/videos of the damaged or incorrect product, and a brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Replacement Process

• Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
• If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• To cancel an order, contact customer support immediately after placing the order.
• Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

8. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in cases including but not limited to:

• Opened or used perfumes
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
• Damage caused after delivery
